As the year comes to a close, it's an amazing time to use Member Stories to generate Qualitative Data to be used in your Year End Reporting.

Here's how you do it:

1. Set aside 15m in your next meeting.
2. Generate breakout rooms of 2-3 people, and then give the rooms a prompt like "How has our ERG impacted your experience at [company]?" (More questions are in the resource above!)
3. While someone is giving their answer, ask the other members to write down the sentences they say that really stand out.
4. At the end, have everyone submit their favorite quotes by dropping them into a document/spreadsheet/form.

Use these quotes within your end of year report to add a splash of color when describing the positive impact your ERG is having on employees' experience.
